THE EFFECT OF WORK ENGAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTIFICATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

چکیده

Örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı örgüt yöneticileri tarafından belirli bir düzeyde arzu edilen durumdur. Bu doğrultuda araştırmanın amacı, sağlık çalışanlarının işe adanmışlık ve örgütsel özdeşleşmelerinin üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek incelemektir. amaç kapsamında çalışmanın literatür bölümünde kavramı, kavramı özdeşleşme açıklanmaktadır. Kavramlar arası önceki çalışmalar inceledikten sonra yöntem kısmına geçilmektedir. Çalışmanın örneklemi, Kahramanmaraş ilinde sektöründe bulunan 331 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Katılımcılardan elde verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS paket programından faydalanılmıştır. Yapılan analizlerin sonucunu, özdeşleşmenin üzerinde pozitif anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. bulguların, bağlamında çalışanları yönetmek teşvik etmek için teorik pratik çıkarımları bulunmaktadır. sonucunda çalışanlara, yöneticilere araştırmacılara konu çeşitli öneriler tavsiyelerde bulunulmuştur.
